Process Design and Facilitation

Process design and facilitation is one of our core competencies. We have a wealth of successful experience in both process design and facilitation in a wide variety of situations and contexts.

On engagement we will interview key stakeholders and conduct necessary diagnoses and research before designing a draft process for discussion and agreement with key client members.

We are skilled in designing and managing the facilitation of small (up to 15 members), medium (up to 40 members) and large group (from 40 to 200 members) processes, and have developed a wide repertoire of proven tools and resources to aid the facilitation process.

We differentiate ourselves on our ability to design creative and novel bespoke processes and tools to serve our clients' specific objectives.
