We specialize in Senior Manager and Executive Assessment and Development and have designed and implemented some of the most groundbreaking assessment and development centers in South Africa, which have evolved into worldwide application. We have developed a suite of novel assessment tools that can be adapted reliably to match the requirements of clients' environments.

SIGNIFICANT FEATURES OF OUR APPROACH INCLUDE:

We are focused on the individual: the assessee is exposed to a number of processes that allows him/her to reveal his/her unique potential as a separate person.

We are focused on the whole working personality of the individual: including psychological, intellectual, application, performance, social and presentation dimensions.

Assessors include senior peers: senior peers are selected and trained to comprise a pool of in-house assessors, who through this process and role find themselves exposed to unique development insights and opportunities.

Objective and thematic evaluation: the objectivity of evaluations is maintained through a carefully structured process which minimizes contaminators such as personal bias, cross-assessor influence and halo effects, and seeks to identify the major themes emerging in all the assessment dimensions that characterize the assessee's potential.

Extensive feedback and practical development advice to the assessees: assesses are provided with extensive and in-depth feedback both by their senior peer assessors and the professional assessors, with development counseling which integrates the assessees potential with his/her realistic career options within the organization/institution.

In-depth feedback to the organization/institution management: the assessees' management is given detailed feedback in respect of assessees's potential and best options in respect of career success, both interactively and in report form.

Professional ethics in respect of confidentiality obligations to both assessees and the client organization/institution are rigorously maintained.
